Evolució històrica i sociològica de l'adopció a Espanya

Abstract

[cat] El Treball de Fi de Grau que es presenta a continuació consisteix en un treball d’investigació, un estudi bibliogràfic sobre l’evolució històrica i sociològica de l’adopció a Espanya, en concret entre finals del segle XVIII fins a l’actualitat. Així doncs, es durà a terme un repàs històric sobre l’evolució de l’adopció infantil, atès que al llarg dels anys ha anat experimentant importants canvis i modificacions segons les normes i valors culturals característics de cada una de les societats i de l’època. Com què, aquesta temàtica és molt extensa, s’ha optat per reajustar el tema, centrant-se així en els aspectes més rellevants que van succeir a Espanya en els últims segles, com ho és la creació de la Casa d’Expòsits a Mallorca. Un altre dels punts que tracta aquest treball és la legislació actual de l’adopció a partir de la Constitució de 1978, ja que les mesures i requisits que les famílies adoptives han d’adquirir per adoptar no sempre han estat les mateixes.

[eng] The Final Degree Project presented below consists of a research project, a bibliographic study on historical evolution and sociological adoption in Spain, specifically between the end of the 18th century to the present day. Therefore, a historical review will be carried out on the evolution of child adoption, given that over the years it has undergone significant changes and modifications according to the cultural norms and values characteristic of each of the societies and of the time. As what, this topic is very extensive, has chosen to readjust the subject, thus focusing on the most relevant aspects that happened in Spain in recent centuries, as is the creation of the “Casa d'Expòsits” in Mallorca. Another of the points dealt with in this work is the current legislation on adoption from the 1978 Constitution, since the measures and requirements that adoptive families must acquire to adopt have not always been the same.
