dc.description.abstract [eng] Spirituality is a basic aspect of humankind that is shared by every human culture. The modern definition of spirituality includes religious faith but goes beyond it also including the connection with nature, others, or oneself. In this regard, spirituality is linked with how people cope with life and events that happen in everyday life. Research has shown that spirituality is related to physical and mental health. Alazmani-Noodeh et al. (2021) showed that for people working in job contexts of hopelessness and anxiety, spirituality media tes the relationship with job satisfaction. ca
