Escoltisme i intervenció professional des de la perspectiva de gènere. Escoltisme coeducatiu

Abstract

[cat] Ens trobem davant un projecte d'intervenció a l'entitat Escolta i Guies de Mallorca. L'AEG Nuredduna, perquè ens adonem que dins el seu projecte educatiu no contempla de forma real la perspectiva de gènere, ni al seu document ni a l'hora de dur a terme les activitats. Davant això, em propòs incloure la coeducació als escoltes i guies de Mallorca, analitzant el panorama actual de la seva entitat, introduint la perspectiva de gènere, en específic educant mitjançant la coeducació. Tot això, es pretén dur a terme mitjançant una revisió sistemàtica del projecte educatiu i una anàlisi qualitatiu mitjançant l'observació, que he pogut dur a terme al ser membre en actiu de l'entitat. Ha resultat complicat trobar informació referent a la igualtat de gènere dins l'educació no formal; tot i això, crec necessari crear projectes com aquests, que estiguin específicament centrats a l'àmbit en el qual forma part l'entitat, perquè així el que aconseguim són estratègies específiques que emmarcam a la realitat de la intervenció. El que aconseguim és evitar interpretacions de les persones participant i, per tant, intervencions una mica dubtoses. We are dealing with a project to intervene with the Scout and Guides entity of Mallorca. The AEG Nuredduna, because we realise that its educational project does not really take account of the gender perspective, either in its document or in its activities. Faced with this, I propose to include coeducation in the Scouts and Guides of Mallorca, analysing the current panorama of its entity, introducing the gender perspective, specifically educating through coeducation. All this is intended to be carried out by means of a systematic review of the educational project and a qualitative analysis by means of observation, which I have been able to carry out as an active member of the entity. It has been difficult to find information on gender equality in non-formal education; however, I think it necessary to create projects such as these, which are specifically focused on the area in which the entity is part, because then what we achieve is specific strategies that frame the reality of intervention, so what we manage is to avoid interpretations of the people involved and therefore somewhat dubious interventions.
