Els jocs populars de l'Illa de Menorca, arrels i acció

Abstract

[cat] Aquest és un treball de final de grau que pretén posar en el punt de mira els jocs tradicionals de l’illa de Menorca. A l’actualitat, ja no es juga pels carrers com es feia antany, la societat ha canviat i s’ha deixat de banda una part molt bonica de les nostres tradicions. En aquest treball ens centrarem amb l’illa de Menorca, però aquest és un fet que està passant a la majoria de llocs del món. S’ha d’intentar donar importància a les nostres arrels, no perdre la nostra identitat pròpia i saber gaudir d’ella. Un altre motiu per el qual es realitza aquest treball és per donar a conèixer alternatives a l’hora de jugar, brindar formes de joc actives que ens permetin tenir moments d’activitat física, ja que aquesta cada vegada és menys presents en la vida de molts nens i nenes. Per dur a terme tot això, primer de tot s’ha investigat sobre la situació actual dels jocs populars a l’illa i s’ha seguit amb un estudi en forma d’enquesta que ens permetrà conèixer les dades més rellevants del panorama actual dels jocs populars i la seva evolució durant els darrers anys. Finalment, s’ha preparat una proposta d’intervenció per realitzar a l’escola amb un grup de tercer de primària amb la finalitat d’engrescar als nens de l’escola i intentar recuperar en certa manera els jocs populars de l’illa.

[eng] This is a final degree project that aims to put the traditional games of the island of Menorca in the spotlight. Nowadays, anybody plays in the streets like we did in the past, society has changed and a very beautiful part of our traditions has been left aside. In this thesis we will focus on the island of Menorca, but this is something that is happening in most places in the world. We must try to give importance to our roots, not lose our own identity and know how to enjoy it. Another reason why this work is done is to publicize other alternatives when playing, to provide active forms of play that allow us to have moments of physical activity, since this is less and less present in many boys and girls lives. To carry out all this, first of all we have investigated the current situation of popular games on the island and it has been followed with a study in the form of a survey that will allow us to know the most relevant data about the current landscape of popular games and their evolution in recent years. Finally, an intervention proposal has been made to carry out at school with a group of third graders in order to encourage school children and try to bring back the island's popular games to some extent.
