| dc.description.abstract | [cat] La timidesa és un tret molt present en els alumnes el qual es presta poca atenció a les escoles. Per això, el present Treball de Fi de Grau (TFG) té com a objectiu donar a conèixer la timidesa i com afecta en els alumnes dins l’aula. Es cerca comprendre com la timidesa pot influir en el rendiment acadèmic dels alumnes, en els treballs cooperatius i exposicions orals, així com en les relacions amb els altres alumnes i docents. A més, es pretén proposar diferents estratègies i propostes per ajudar els alumnes tímids a sentir-se bé dins l’aula. Per aconseguir això, s’ha dut a terme una anàlisi de diferents estudis que ens han demostrat com la timidesa pot tenir un efecte negatiu en els alumnes i com és necessari que els docents ho tenguin present a l’aula. | ca |

For this reason, this Final Degree Project (TFG) aims to raise awareness of shyness and how it affects pupils in the classroom. The aim is to understand how shyness can influence students' academic performance, cooperative work and oral presentations, as well as their relationships with other students and teachers. In addition, it attempts to propose different strategies and proposals to help shy students to feel good in the classroom. To this end, an analysis has been carried out of different studies that have shown us how shyness can have a negative effect on pupils and how it is necessary for teachers to bear this in mind in the classroom. | ca |
