Integració als immigrants amb baixos recursos. Una proposta de millora envers l'acollida dels immigrants en situació irregular

Abstract

[cat] En el següent TFG ens centrarem en la integració de les persones nouvingudes, específicament d'aquelles que es troben en situació irregular i que han arribat recentment a Mallorca. És important destacar que aquesta idea sorgeix per donar resposta a les necessitats reals de les persones que es troben en aquesta situació amb la finalitat de què es puguin integrar en la comunitat d’acollida. Per poder donar resposta a aquestes necessitats, en primer lloc, s’ha fet una recerca sobre el col·lectiu escollit i després, s’ha proposat una intervenció, concretament, proposant una millora sobre el projecte d’acollida a persones en situació irregular de l’associació Pa i Mel de sa Pobla. Ja que totes aquelles persones nouvingudes que arriben soles, sense família, i que han viscut processos migratoris complexos, amb obstacles que els ha marcat emocionalment, tenen un gran desconeixement cap als recursos més bàsics com, la sanitat pública, els serveis socials, la desinformació sobre el procediment per aconseguir estar en situació regular, manca de relació amb la comunitat d'acollida, on alguns i tot, tenen un desconeixement de l’idioma.

[eng] In the next TFG we will focus on the integration of newly arrived people, specifically those who are in an irregular situation and who have recently arrived in Mallorca. It is important to emphasize that this idea arises to respond to the real needs of people who are in this situation with the aim of being able to integrate into the host community. In order to respond to these needs, first of all, research has been done on the chosen group and then, an intervention has been proposed, specifically, proposing an improvement on the project of welcoming people in an irregular situation of the association Pa i Mel de sa Pobla. Since all those newly arrived people who arrive alone, without family, and who have experienced complex migratory processes, with obstacles that have marked them emotionally, have a great lack of knowledge of the most basic resources such as public health, social services, misinformation about the procedure to get to be in a regular situation, lack of relationship with the host community, where some and all, have a lack of knowledge of the language.
