Avaluació d'un sistema augmentatiu i alternatiu de comunicació (SAAC) utilitzat per un infant amb Paràlisi Cerebral

Abstract

[cat] Aquest TFG té com a objectiu principal conèixer els diferents Sistemes de Comunicació Augmentativa i Alternativa (SAAC) que empren infants amb Paràlisi Cerebral (PC) per poder fer una anàlisi i una avaluació d’un SAAC que fa servir un infant amb PC. Per poder dur a terme aquesta avaluació he creat una eina avaluadora per poder treure una nota numèrica de les habilitats comunicatives de l’infant i, a partir d’aquí, poder proposar unes futures propostes de millora per al benestar de l’infant al seu àmbit educatiu. Amb aquest treball s’ha arribat a la conclusió que els SAAC són una eina indispensable per als infants amb qualque trastorn que afecti les seves habilitats comunicatives. Encara que, el SAAC que hem avaluat calen millores al seu funcionament i la seva gestió, és molt important que els infants tinguin accés a un per poder desenvolupar-se de manera integral a l’àmbit al qual es trobi, en aquest cas, l’àmbit educatiu. Els objectius del treball s’han complert amb el coneixement dels diferents tipus de SAAC utilitzats per nens amb PC, s'ha elaborat una anàlisi d'un nen que utilitza un SAAC per a comprovar les seves necessitats comunicatives i s'han plantejat propostes de millora per al SAAC i l'escolarització del nen. A més, el treball compleix amb la metodologia d'Aprenentatge-Servei. A més, aquest TFG és una crida a continuar lluitant per aconseguir una educació inclusiva de qualitat per tothom.

[eng] The main objective of this Final Degree Project is to know the different Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems used by children with Cerebral Palsy in order to make an analysis and evaluation of a Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems used by a child with Cerebral Palsy. In order to carry out this evaluation I have created an evaluative tool to be able to obtain a numerical score of the child's communicative skills and, from here, to be able to propose future improvement proposals for the welfare of the child in his educational environment. With this work we have come to the conclusion that the Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems are an indispensable tool for children with a disorder that affects their communication skills. Although, the Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems that we have evaluated need improvements to its operation and management, it is very important that children have access to one in order to develop in a comprehensive manner in the area in which it is located, in this case, the educational environment. The objectives of the work have been fulfilled with the knowledge of the different types of Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems used by children with Cerebral Palsy, an analysis of a child using a Augmentative and Alternative Communication System has been elaborated to check his communicative needs and improvement proposals for the Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems and the child's schooling have been put forward. In addition, the work complies with the Service-Learning methodology. In addition, this Final Degree Project is a call to continue fighting for inclusive quality education worldwide.
