L’educació 360 i el museisme educatiu: una nova mirada per al Museu de l’Educació de les Illes Balears

[cat] En aquest Treball de Fi de Grau (TFG) es farà una revisió sistematitzada de la literatura amb la finalitat de trobar punts en comú entre les noves tendències del museisme educatiu i el programa Educació 360. Els museus pedagògics han anat evolucionant durant les darreres dècades cap a la nova museologia, la qual pretén transformar els museus per donar lloc a ser espais intergeneracionals, oberts, dinàmics i didàctics on tengui cabuda la societat en tot el seu conjunt. Al mateix temps, la necessitat de respondre a les demandes que planteja l’educació a la societat actual ha afavorit la creació de programes com el d’Educació 360, una aliança que té com a propòsit millorar l'equitat educativa per garantir la igualtat d'oportunitats per a tothom. Per aquest motiu, en el present estudi es cercaran les possibilitats que ofereix aquest programa i s’investigarà la manera d’atendre a la transformació dels museus pedagògics, especialment del Museu de l’Educació de les Illes Balears. Concretament, es farà un recorregut per la trajectòria d’aquest museu i s’oferiran orientacions teòriques dirigides a esdevenir un museu obert, viu i dinàmic i un museu per i de la comunitat. A partir d’aquí, es tractaran aspectes com el treball en xarxa, la peça del mes o la importància dels visitants en el museu, entre altres qüestions.

[eng] In this Undergraduade Tesis Project a systematized review of literature will be carried out in order to find common ground between the new trends of educational museism and the Education 360 program. Educational museums have evolved over the past decades into new museology, which aims to transform museums into intergenerational, open, dynamic and didactic spaces where society as a whole has a place. At the same time, the need to respond to the demands of education in today's society has favoured the creation of programmes such as Education 360, an alliance that aims to improve educational equity to ensure equal opportunities for all. For this reason, this study will look into the possibilities offered by this programme and investigate how to attend to the transformation of educational museums, especially the Balearic Islands Education Museum. Specifically, a tour will be made of the history of this museum and theoretical guidelines will be offered to become an open, living and dynamic museum and a museum for and from the community. From there, aspects such as networking, the piece of the month or the importance of visitors to the museum will be addressed, among other things.
