Assetjament escolar a primària: proposta d'intervenció enfocada en la prevenció

[cat] El fenomen de l'assetjament escolar representa un desafiament persistent i perjudicial en l'àmbit educatiu, afectant la salut mental, emocional i física dels estudiants. Aquest treball s'enfoca a revisar el marc teòric del bullying i els programes relacionats amb l'educació primària, proposant intervencions que no només abordin els casos d'assetjament, sinó també les seves causes subjacents, promovent un ambient escolar inclusiu i segur. Abordar l'abús entre iguals des de les seves primeres etapes és fonamental per evitar que s'arreli i promoure relacions saludables. La persistència i l'impacte de l’assetjament escolar ressalten la necessitat d'implementar mesures preventives i d'intervenció primerenca, basades en el diàleg, la cooperació i la promoció d'una cultura escolar basada en el respecte, el diàleg i la inclusió.

[eng] The phenomenon of bullying represents a persistent and harmful challenge in the educational environment, affecting the mental, emotional and physical health of students. This work focuses on reviewing the theoretical framework of bullying and the programs related to primary education, proposing interventions that not only address the cases of bullying, but also its underlying causes, promoting an inclusive and safe school environment. Addressing peer-to-peer abuse from the earliest stages is essential to prevent its recurrence and promote healthy interpersonal relationships. The persistence and impact of bullying highlights the need to implement preventive and early intervention measures based on dialogue, cooperation and the promotion of a school culture based on respect and inclusion.
