Impacte de la medicació en estudiants amb TDAH en educació primària: percepcions de l’infant, companys i docent

[cat] Un dels tractaments per al Trastorn per Dèficit d’Atenció amb Hiperactivitat (TDAH) és la medicació, i aquest estudi pretén investigar quin impacte té aquesta medicació en els estudiants que tenguin TDAH en educació primària. Per tant, l’objectiu principal es basa a conèixer com canvia l’infant amb TDAH i la seva relació amb l’entorn després d’haver començat a prendre la medicació. Més específicament, s’ha analitzat com percep l’infant el seu canvi a causa de l’administració de la medicació, s’ha analitzat com percep el docent d’aquest infant els canvis que ha experimentat l’infant d’ençà que pren la medicació, i s’ha sabut com afecta l’administració de medicació en la relació entre l’infant amb TDAH i els seus iguals. El treball pretén fer una recerca empírica a través d’entrevistes no estandarditzades i una revisió sistematitzada de la literatura per tal d’elaborar un marc teòric. Els resultats d’aquest treball s’han extret de les dues entrevistes s’han formulat a un alumne amb TDAH i al seu tutor, i de l’anàlisi de dos sociogrames fets a la classe de l’infant i el tutor. Gràcies a aquestes entrevistes i als sociogrames hem pogut observar, en aquest cas concret, alguns canvis (segons la percepció de les persones entrevistades) que ha comportat la medicació, tant si parlam de l’infant, com del seu entorn, encara que hem de tenir en compte que fa poc temps que l’infant va començar amb el tractament.

[eng] One of the treatments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is medication, and this study aims to investigate its impact on primary school students with said disorder. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to understand how a child with ADHD and their relationship with their environment changes after starting medication. Distinctively, it has been analysed how the child perceives their own change as a result of the administration of medication, how the teacher perceives said changes, and how the administration of medication affects the relationship between the child with ADHD and their equals. The study aims to conduct empirical research through non-standardized interviews and a systematic literature review to develop a theoretical framework. The results of this study were obtained from two interviews conducted with a student with ADHD and their tutor, as well as the analysis of two sociograms created in the child's class by their tutor. Thanks to these interviews and sociograms, we have been able to observe, in this specific case, some changes (according to the perception of the interviewees) brought about by the medication, both regarding the child and their environment, although we must take into account that the child started the treatment recently.
