Desxifrant l'assetjament escolar: tipus, efectes, actors implicats, i les seves repercussions en l'edat adulta

[cat] L’assetjament escolar és un tema que ha cobrat una gran rellevància durant les darreres dècades. Aquest treball aborda aquesta qüestió, aprofundint en els actors implicats, les causes, els tipus i les conseqüències, tant a curt com a llarg termini. Per aquest motiu, es realitza una revisió exhaustiva de la literatura existent, la qual s’analitza per respondre als objectius plantejats. A partir d’aquesta anàlisi, s’identifiquen diverses causes i conseqüències, immediates i a llarg termini, així com la presència de tres actors principals i diversos tipus d’assetjament segons la naturalesa de l’agressió. Aquest treball no només destaca la importància de prevenir l’assetjament escolar, sinó que també subratlla la necessitat d’oferir suport i serveis als afectats, tant a curt com a llarg termini.

[eng] School bullying is an issue that has gained great prominence in recent decades. This paper addresses this issue, delving into the actors involved, the causes, types and consequences, both in the short and long term. For this reason, an exhaustive review of the existing literature is carried out, which is analysed in order to respond to the objectives set out. From this analysis, different causes and consequences, both immediate and long-term, are identified, as well as the presence of three main actors and different types of bullying depending on the nature of the aggression. This work not only highlights the importance of preventing bullying, but also underlines the need to offer support and services to those affected, both in the short and long term.
