Impacte de la col·laboració interinstitucional a l'escola

[cat] Actualment, ens trobam a una societat interconnectada i amb xarxes complexes i això es reflecteix també al món educatiu. Encara que a vegades es tendeix a reduir allò que és educatiu a allò que passa dins una escola, hem de prendre consciència que els aprenentatges que es transmeten als infants, també beneficien a les famílies, l’equip docent i a la societat en què viuen. Per això, seria més adient treballar conjuntament entre família, escola i comunitat. Aquest treball analitza la literatura científica sobre l’impacte de la col·laboració interinstitucional a l’escola passant per la seva definició, els agents que poden formar part de les xarxes de col·laboració, els beneficis que aporta, els elements necessaris i les barreres per dur-la a terme i el paper del mestre de suport en la creació d’aquestes xarxes. Els resultats obtinguts mostren que la col·laboració interinstitucional pot donar força al teixit educatiu i social d'una comunitat, tenint un impacte positiu i estable en el benestar dels infants. Per aconseguir-ho, s’han de garantir recursos necessaris, fomentar una cultura de cooperació i establir polítiques educatives inclusives que facilitin aquestes relacions.

[eng] Nowadays, we find ourselves in an interconnected society with complex networks and this is also reflected in the educational world. Although sometimes there is a tendency to reduce what is educational to what happens in a school, we must be aware that the learning that is transmitted to children also benefits their families, the teaching staff and the society where they live. For this reason, it would be more appropriate to work jointly between family, school and community. This paper analyzes the scientific literature on the impact of inter-institutional collaboration at school, explaining its definition, the agents that can form part of collaborative networks, the benefits it brings, the necessary elements and barriers to its implementation and the role of the support teacher in the creation of these networks The results obtained show that inter-institutional collaboration can give strength to the educational and social fabric of a community, having a positive and stable impact on the well-being of children. To achieve this, the necessary resources must be guaranteed, a culture of cooperation must be fostered and inclusive educational policies must be established to facilitate these relationships.
