Proposta d'intervenció per prevenir l'assetjament escolar

Abstract

[cat] L’assetjament escolar és un acte d’abús que sofreix un alumne per part d’un altre o un col·lectiu d'iguals dins l’àmbit escolar. Amb els anys aquesta problemàtica ha anat evolucionant i actualment un de cada deu infants sofreix assetjament a l’escola. La finalitat del treball és dissenyar un pla de prevenció d’aquesta problemàtica, ja que hi ha una mancança i l’abordatge comença quan la problemàtica està instaurada, però no hi ha un criteri unificat per anticipar-ho. El cos del pla consisteix a treballar la convivència de l’alumnat i la gestió emocional, per tant, l’alumnat podrà adquirir un coneixement sobre la problemàtica i les diferents opcions que pot utilitzar per fer-li front ja sigui víctima, agressor o espectador. L’aplicació del pla comporta disposar de recursos, materials temporals i de professionals que actualment no estan disponibles.

[eng] Bullying is an abuse suffered by a student from another student or a group of peers within the school environment. Over the years this problem has evolved and nowadays one out of ten children suffer from bullying in school. The purpose of this work is to design a prevention plan to deal with this problem has already started, but there is no unified standard method to anticipate it. The body of the plan consis on working on the students’ social interaction and emotional managment, this way, the students will acquire knowledge about the problem and the different options they can use to deal with the victim, the aggressor or the spectator. Yhe implementation of the plan requires the availability of temporary resources, materials ans professionals that are not currently available.
