La relació entre motivació i aprenentatge en una intervenció per fomentar la lectura

Abstract

[cat ] Aquest TFG examina el paper de la motivació en el context educatiu, centrant-se en el sistema educatiu, els alumnes, el professorat i la seva formació com a factors clau per fomentarla. Es destaca la complexitat i la importància d’aquesta, tant en el procés d'aprenentatge com en el benestar emocional dels estudiants. A través d'una anàlisi exhaustiva, s'exploren diverses estratègies, metodologies i pràctiques utilitzades pel sistema educatiu i els docents per promoure la motivació entre els alumnes. Es posa de manifest la necessitat d'un enfocament integral que reconegui la interconnexió entre la motivació, el rendiment acadèmic i el desenvolupament personal. A més, es proposa una proposta d'intervenció realitzada, destacant la importància de l'actualització constant i l'adaptació de les pràctiques educatives a les necessitats canviants dels alumnes i de l'entorn educatiu. En última instància, es subratlla la importància d'una formació contínua del professorat per potenciar la seva capacitat per motivar els alumnes i crear un entorn educatiu estimulant i efectiu.

[eng] This TFG examines the role of motivation in the educational context, focusing on the education system, students, teachers and their training as key factors to promote it. It highlights the complexity and importance of this, both in the learning process and in the emotional wellbeing of students. Through a comprehensive analysis, various strategies, methodologies and practices used by the education system and teachers to promote motivation among students are explored. It highlights the need for a holistic approach that recognises the interconnectedness between motivation, academic achievement and personal development. In addition, it proposes a proposal for an intervention carried out, highlighting the importance of constant updating and adaptation of educational practices to the changing needs of students and the educational environment. Ultimately, it underlines the importance of in-service teacher education to enhance their ability to motivate learners and create a stimulating and effective educational environment.
