Abstract

Este proyecto se centra tanto en detallar las características , método s de ejecución, pasos, objetivos , beneficios y sistemas de evaluación de la técnica de mystery shopping como también en analiza r la repercusión de cuya técnica en empre sas turísticas . Se estudiará las principales normas de regulación a la hora de aplicar esta herramienta, y además de ello, s e ilustrará c uándo y porqué apareció y cómo esta técnica ha ido evolucionando y ganando más importancia durante los años entre las e m presas y la gran relación que tiene con la calidad de bienes y servicios ofrecidos. Abstract: This project is focused both explain in detail the characteristics, execution methods, steps, goals, benefits and the evaluation systems of the mystery shopping and analyse the repercussion of this technique in the tourist enterprises. The main regulation rules will be explained when this tool is applied, moreover, it will be explain ed when and why it arose and how this technique has been evolving during the year s in business companies and the big relation that it maintains with the quality of the offered goods and services.
