Diversitat a l’escola i escoles diverses: tres exemples diferents del tractament de la inclusió

Abstract

[cat] En el present treball es reflexiona sobre l’escola inclusiva partint d’una diversa fonamentació teòrica i analitzant tres exemples diferents de com l’escola treballa la inclusió i, per tant, la diversitat. D’aquesta manera i amb la investigació d’aquests tres models, es prendrà consciència de quina és la realitat educativa de cada un dels centres esmentats. Aleshores, començarem analitzant els múltiples factors que configuren l’escola inclusiva però, que es centren únicament en la funció del centre. Per això, parlarem d’equip directiu, de professorat, de metodologia educativa i de com cada un d’ells afecta el model inclusiu que es pretén assolir. Així doncs, emfatitzarem la teoria sobre el tema, però també comptarem amb l’experiència de tres pràctiques educatives actuals. Tot per finalment, facilitar i millorar l’avanç i l’evolució cap a una escola de cada vegada més inclusiva.

[eng] The primary focus of this thesis is a reflection on inclusive education, starting from a diverse theoretical basis and analyzing three different examples of how schools deal with inclusion, and therefore, diversity. To this effect, and with the investigation of these three models, the educational reality of each of the mentioned schools will be demonstrated. Initially there will be an analysis of the multiple factors that shape inclusive education but that are only focused on the role of the school. In order to do this there will be a study of the School Leadership Team, teachers, methodology and the manner with which each factor affects the inclusive model that is aimed at. As such, there will be an emphasis on the theory pertaining to the topic, whilst also taking into account the three current educational experiences, with the final aim of easing and improving the progress and evolution towards an increasingly more inclusive school.
