L’evolució de l’Educació Especial dins el marc legislatiu espanyol

Abstract

[cat] Al llarg de la història, al nostre país, s’han produït molts canvis legislatius per intentar millorar l’educació en general, però més concretament l’Educació Especial per tal de donar resposta a les necessitats que es presentaven a les escoles. Aquests canvis es deuen a l’evolució que ha anat fent la societat cap a una mentalitat més oberta, més justa i del tot necessària. Aquest procés de canvi ha tingut com a objectiu proporcionar a tothom una educació digna i ha anat perseguint el que avui en dia coneixem com inclusió. D’aquesta manera, s’ha aconseguit una transformació educativa cap a una escola on es reconeguin i es donin respostes adequades a les necessitats de cada un dels alumnes, independentment de les seves característiques i capacitats. L’estudi de l’evolució educativa dins el marc legislatiu espanyol serà l’eix central d’aquesta investigació, tenint en compte prèviament com eren considerats el concepte d’Educació Especial i tots els que hi estan relacionats i com ha anat evolucionat el tracte cap a les persones amb necessitats educatives especials amb el temps, fins arribar a l’actualitat.

[eng] Throughout history, in our country, there have been many legislative changes to try to improve education in general, but more specifically Special Education in order to respond to the needs that arise in schools. These changes are due to the evolution that has been taking society towards a more open – minded, more just and absolutely necessary. This process of change has been designed to provide a decent education to all and has been chasing today known as inclusion. Thus, education has been a transformation towards a school, which recognize and give adequate response to the needs of each Student, regardless of its features and capabilities. The study of the evolution of education in the Spanish legislative framework will be the focus of this research, taking into account previously were considered as the concept of Special Education and all who are related and how it has evolved treatment towards people with special educational needs over time until today
