De la Educación Especial a la Educación Inclusiva

Abstract

[spa] Actualmente el tema de la educación especial y los centros específicos han tomado un gran protagonismo. Por ello en este trabajo se explica detenidamente la evolución de la educación especial desde sus inicios hasta el día de hoy, siendo un proceso complejo de cambio hacia una total inclusión. Es decir, la finalidad del presente trabajo es analizar la situación actual de la educación especial en relación a la educación inclusiva. Por este motivo también se ha llevado a cabo un proceso de estudio sobre los centros específicos ubicados en Mallorca para poder conocer esta realidad. Se han realizado seis entrevistas a los centros específicos de educación Gaspar Hauser, Joan Mesquida, Joan XXIII, Pinyol Vermell, Mater Misericordiae y Príncipe de Asturias. En base a los resultados se destaca una gran matricula en estos centros ya que apuntan que los centros ordinarios no cuentan con los suficientes recursos para atender a los alumnos con discapacidad.

[eng] Nowadays the topic of the special education and the specific centers have taken a great protagonism. By it in this work is explained held up the evolution of the special education from his beginnings until today, being a complex process of change towards a total incorporation. That is to say, the purpose of the present work is to analyze the current situation of the special education in relation to the inclusive education. For this motive also one has taken to end a process of study on the specific centers located in Majorca to be able to know this reality. There have carried out six interviews to the specific centers of education Gaspar Hauser, Joan Mesquida, Joan XXIII, PinyolVermell, Mater Misericordiae and Principe de Asturias.On the basis of the results a great matriculation is outlined in these centers since they appear that the ordinary centers do not possess the sufficient resources to attend to the pupils with disability.
