La formació en el context de capital humà

[spa] A lo largo del siguiente Proyecto de Final de Grado, podemos identificar los aspectos que interfieren en la relación de los trabajadores con la entidad, así como las funciones que deberá desarrollar para incrementar de esta forma su capital humano. Se muestra especial relevancia al aspecto formativo, integrando, por tanto, las fases que son necesarias para poder realizar un plan de formación dentro de la organización, así como las ventajas que conlleva la inversión en este ámbito y las modalidades formativas que podemos llevar a cabo. Debemos tener presente que estas funciones corresponden al departamento de Recursos Humanos de la organización y que por tanto, dependiendo del tamaño o características propias de ésta, pueden ser internas o externas a la empresa.

[eng] Along the following Project of End of Grade, we can identify the aspects that interfere in the relation of the workpeople with the entity, as well as the functions that it will have to develop to increase its human capital. Special relevancy appears to the formative aspect of integrate the phases that are necessary to realize a formation plan inside the organization, as well as the advantages of ingreasing the investment in this ambience and the formative forms that we can carry out. We must keep in mind that these functions correspond to the department of Human resources of the organization and that therefore, depending on the size or proper characteristics of this one, they can be internal or external to the company.
