Repercussions de la Crisi Econòmica a la Formació Impartida pels Departaments de Recursos Humans a Mallorca

Abstract

[cat] L'objectiu d'aquest treball fi de grau es analitzar quines repercussions ha tingut la crisi econòmica a la formació impartida pels Departament de Recursos Humans. Per poder aconseguir aquest objectiu, primer s’ha dut a terme una investigació de tipus documental basada en la revisió i l'anàlisi de bibliografia sobre la temàtica a tractar. El marc teòric està estructurat en diversos apartats on s'aborden les següents temàtiques: la formació i les entitats, i les modalitats de formació en les organitzacions. Seguidament es fa un anàlisis de les dades obtingudes a les entrevistes personals així com també dels qüestionaris duts a terme a diferents entitats. Es clou aquest treball amb un conjunt de conclusions finals sobre les entrevistes, els qüestionaris i les notícies de l’actualitat sobre la formació.

[eng] The purpose of this end of career’s work is to analyze the repercussion of the economic crisis in the Human Resources Department. To get this purpose, has been carried out an documentary investigation based in the review and analysis of bibliography on the subject matter. The theoretical part of the work is structured in several paragraphs, where the following subject matters are approached: the training and the entities, and the training modalities in the organizations. Then there is done an analysis of the obtained information in the personal interviews as well as the questionnaires made in different entities. This work ends with a set of conclusions on the interviews, questionnaires and daily news of this matter.
