El orientador laboral: formación y uso de las TIC en las acciones dirigidas a colectivos vulnerables

[spa] En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) se presenta un estudio sobre qué recursos tecnológicos utilizan los orientadores laborales para apoyar sus acciones de orientación hacia colectivos vulnerables en Mallorca. El objetivo de la investigación se basa en conocer el proceso de orientación de diferentes instituciones de la isla, identificar los recursos TIC utilizados por los profesionales y verificar si la formación incide en el uso que hacen de las TIC los orientadores. Para ello, se aplica una metodología de investigación cualitativa basada en procedimientos de revisión bibliográfica, análisis documental y entrevistas realizadas a 12 profesionales de la orientación, actualmente en activo. Los resultados de dicha investigación han concluido en que la formación en TIC hace que el orientador conozca más herramientas y, por tanto, que las utilice.

[eng] This Thesis from Pedagogy Degree ("TFG") presents a research about which technological resources are used by job counsellors to support their acts for orientating to vulnerable collectives in Mallorca. The goal of this investigation is based in knowing the orientation process from different institutions in the island, identifying the CIT (communication, Information and Technology) that are used by the professionals and checking if the training is factors that have an impact on the use of the CIT in the job counsellors. In order to obtain the results, we apply a qualitative research methodology based on annotated bibliography, documentary analysis and interviews made to 12 job counsellors, in active. The result of this research has concluded that the training in CIT makes the job counsellor would know more tools, therefore, he would use them.
