Unitat de mares (CIS): la reinserció, una realitat?

[cat] A les presons del nostre país resideix un gran nombre de persones recloses. Tot i que la població de recloses és notablement inferior o menor que la dels reclusos barons, no hem d’oblidar que també hi ha dones entre les muralles dels centres penitenciaris. Segons explica la web del Ministeri d’Interior, aquestes dones i també mares, tenen al seu abast tota una organització, infraestructures i mecanismes que afavoreixen i milloren la relació mare-fill, mentre que la dona ha de pagar la condemna pel seu delicte. A més a més, segons la mateixa pàgina web, són al voltant de 130-150 infants que viuen als centres penitenciaris amb les seves mares. Així doncs, el que es descriurà a la llarga d’aquest treball serà la realitat del CIS de Palma de Mallorca, així com: entrevistes amb l’educadora social, la psicòloga i la tècnica de jardí d’infància; l’exposició del marc legal que envolta aquesta realitat i la descripció de la funcionalitat del Centre de Mares. A més a més, es farà una conclusió final que intentarà respondre a la pregunta: La reintegració a la Unitat de Mares és una realitat avui dia? En aquest sentit, em presento com una persona amb unes determinades idees sobre el reclutament en centres penitenciaris que intentaré corroborar a través d’aquest TFG.

[eng] In the prisions of our country there are a huge amount of people who live locked up. Although the population of femail imprioned is less than male, we can not forget that there are women behind bars. As it explains the website of the Ministerio de Interior, women with kids get all sorts of organizations, infraestructures and mechanisms to help and improve the relations between mums and their children, mean while women pay the conviction for their crimes. 4 In addition, on the same website is reported that around 130-150 kids live in these penal institutions. Therefore in the long run this work will recount the reality of CIS Palma de Mallorca, it will include: interviews with community workers, a psychologist and the method use by the nursery; the exposition of the legal frame that surrounds this realityt and the description of Mother’s Center. Also it will do a final conclusion that is going to try to answer the question: The reintegration to Mothers’ Unit, is it a reality nowadays? In this respect I introduce myself as a person with specific ideas about the recruitment in Penal Institution, that I will try to verify though this Final Degree Project.
