Perfil del voluntariat per treballar a l'àmbit hospitalari

Abstract

[cat]La Pedagogia Hospitalària integra actuacions educatives i psicoeducatives que es duen a terme dins els hospitals de molts països encara que no tots aquests conten amb una legislació pròpia on es contemplin aquestes accions educatives. Per realitzar aquesta educació dins l’àmbit sanitari les associacions sense ànim de lucre necessiten voluntaris per poder fer-se càrrec de tots els infants que es troben en una situació d’hospitalització de llarga durada o de forma permanent. L’objectiu principal és establir un perfil del voluntari hospitalari, per això s’ha realitzat una enquesta. Els subjectes en els quals ens centrarem són els voluntaris d’INeDITHOS a Palma de Mallorca i els del programa Aprendo Contigo a Lima. La conclusió a la qual s’arriba és l’obtenció d’un perfil de voluntari, però també que no hi ha suficients marcs legals que tenguin en compte als infants hospitalitzats, així com tampoc hi ha una gran quantitat d’associacions que treballin aquest aspecte.

[eng]Hospital Pedagogy integrates educational and psychoeducational performances which are carried out within hospitals in many countries, although not all of these have their own legislation which contemplates these educational actions. In order to work on this education within healthcare, non-profit associations need volunteers to be able to take care of all the children who are in a long-term or permanent hospitalization situation. The aim is to establish a profile of the volunteer through a poll. The subjects we focus on, thanks to the information gathered from the first conference of Hospital Pedagogy in the University of the Balearic Islands, are the volunteers of INeDITHOS in Palma de Mallorca and the program Aprendo Contigo in Lima. The conclusion reached is a profile of volunteer, also that there is no sufficient legal framework for them to be considered for hospitalized children and there are not a lot of associations working this.
