Què en sabem sobre professorat i coeducació? Una Revisió Bibliogràfica Sistemàtica

[cat] Els centres educatius són espais on es transmeten els patrons culturals de gènere establerts. Però també poden ser escenaris clau per a dur a terme transformacions socials que promoguin la igualtat de gènere. Per tal de fer possibles aquestes transformacions socials, és bàsica la implicació i formació del professorat en coeducació. Amb aquest treball es pretén identificar i analitzar literatura científica sobre professorat i coeducació i/o qüestions de gènere. S’ha dut a terme una recerca bibliogràfica sistemàtica obtenint un total de 14 investigacions. Els objectes d’estudi, en termes generals, fan referència a les actituds del professorat respecte a la coeducació, a la formació inicial en matèria d’igualtat de gènere i a les barreres que existeixen a l’hora d’aplicar la coeducació als centres escolars. Tot i la varietat de resultats existents (tant positius com negatius), s’ha pogut concluir que encara queda un llarg camí pel que fa a l’aplicació d’estratègies coeducatives als centres i a la capacitació en matèria d’igualtat de gènere del professorat. Es fa visible la necessitat d’una formació inicial en gènere obligatòria i la importància d’augmentar la producció sobre aquest camp d’investigació.

[eng] Educational centers are places where gender cultural models are imparted. But they can also be key places to carry out social transformations to promote gender equality. In order to make possible these transformations, coeducation faculty’s involvement and their academic backgrounds are essential. The aim of this essay is to identify and analyze scientific literature about faculty and coeducation and/or gender issues. As a result of a literature systematic search, 14 investigations have been found. The subject matters, in general terms, refer to faculty’s attitude towards coeducation, basic formation in gender equality issues and the barriers that exist when implementing coeducation in centers. Despite the variety of existing results (both positive and negative), it has been concluded that there is still a long way with regard to the implementation of strategies to coeducational centers/schools and the qualification in matters of gender equality of teachers. It makes visible the need for a mandatory initial training on gender and the importance of increasing the production on this field of research.
