El Burnout Acadèmic en l'alimnat d'Educació Social

[cat] La finalitat del present treball és la d'investigar el Síndrome del Burnout Acadèmic present a l'alumnat de primer i quart d'Educació Social de la Universitat de les Illes Balears, a més de dur a terme una comparació entre ambdós cursos. La metodologia emprada ha estat de recerca quantitativa d'acord amb el model tridimensional de Maslach i Jackson (1986) amb la utilització del qüestionari Maslach Burnout Inventory- General Survey de Schaufeli, Leiter, Maslash i Jackson (1996). Com a resultats, observam com l'alumnat de quart curs té un nivell de Burnout Acadèmic superior a l'alumnat de primer curs, que de totes maneres, l'estan començant a patir. [eng] The purpose of this study is to investigate the Academic Burnout Syndrome in the first and fourth year students of Social Education of University of the Balearic Islands, in addition to carrying out a comparison between the two courses. The methodology used was quantitative research in accordance with the three-dimensional model of Maslach and Jackson (1986) with the use of the questionnaire Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey of Schaufeli, Leiter, Maslash and Jackson (1996). As a result, we observe how the students in the fourth year have a higher level of Academic Burnout than the first year students, who anyway, are beginning to suffer it.
