“Sweet home” retrobant la família Projecte innovador en matèria de violència filio-parental

Abstract

[cat] La problemàtica de la violència filio-parental es troba en emergència segurament degut a la conscienciació social i l’obertura de l’esfera familiar. Indirectament, però en relació, la literatura científica i els estudis d’investigació sobre aquest fet, han anat augmentant donant pas a programes i projectes per a fer-hi front. Investigant sobre dit fenomen, les característiques familiars i les individuals, així com les competències autonòmiques i la Llei de Responsabilitat del Menor es conclou el següent. Tot i que existeixin diversos programes d’intervenció socioeducativa en matèria familiar, concretament en violència filio-parental en la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears no n’hi ha, per la qual cosa, és necessari la següent proposta ecològica d’intervenció.

[eng] The child-to-parent violence is rising up, probably due to the increasing social awareness and the more open family sphere. Indirectly, the scientific literature and the research studies dealing with this quandary have increased leading to projects and scheme to tackle it. After researching about this phenomena, the family and the individual features, the autonomic competencies and the Minor Responsibility Law we can conclude that; although there are several scheme related to socio-educative intervention in families, there are not specific scheme dealing with child-to-parent violence in the Balearic Islands, therefore, it make necessary the following ecologic intervention proposal.
