Modelos de Regulación de la Prostitución en la Unión Europea

[spa] Actualmente continúa sin haber en la Unión Europea una política común en materia de regulación de la prostitución. La variedad de distintas posturas que existen en torno a este asunto y la gran cantidad de cuestiones relacionadas a la regulación de la prostitución hace evidente la dificultad de llegar a acuerdos generales entre las naciones, que permitan el establecimiento de una política sólida y coherente que sepa regular el ejercicio de la prostitución. El presente trabajo pretende llevar a cabo una revisión sistemática de los modelos de regulación de la prostitución, a nivel de Europa y, presentar la gran variedad de argumentos a favor y en contra de establecer una u otra política reguladora de la prostitución entre las diversas naciones, según lo analizado y estudiado en la documentación seleccionada.

[eng] Nowadays, there is still no common policy in the European Union concerning the regulation of prostitution. The diversity of the different stances on this issue and the large amount of questions related to the regulation of prostitution make clear the difficulty of setting up general agreements between the nations, which would establish a solid and coherent policy regulating the exercise of prostitution. The present work aims to carry out a systematic review of the current models that regulate prostitution within the framework of Europe, as well as to present the wide range of arguments for and against the creation of a policy regulating prostitution between the several countries, according to what has been analysed and studied in the chosen documentation.
