Violencia de género a través de las TICs entre los jóvenes: definición, análisis y actividades de prevención en colectivos residenciales

[spa] La violencia de género (VG) es un fenómeno tabú que forma parte de la vida diaria en la sociedad del siglo XXI y que se ha visto incrementado por un uso inadecuado de las TICS (las nuevas tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación). Asimismo, la simplicidad de acceso por parte de las menores a las TICS, la falta de vigilancia y la permisividad en la comisión de actos abusivos en la Red, habilita este canal comunicativo como espacio ideal para vulnerar los derechos fundamentales de las personas, en este caso, creando una nueva vía para ejercer la violencia de género entre los jóvenes. Por todo ello, se pretende mediante el siguiente estudio analizar la realidad del fenómeno VG en los jóvenes a través de las TICS, conocer la expansión de las TICs entre los menores y su papel entre éstos, además de conocer la incidencia y magnitud actual del ejercicio de la violencia de género entre los jóvenes a través de las TICs.

[eng] Gender violence is a phenomenon which is part of the 21st century society's daily life and that has been by an inadequate use of the ICTs (Information and communication technologies). The easy access that the underage have to the ICTS, together with the lack of surveillance and the permissiveness regarding the commitment of these aforementioned abusive acts in the net have converted this channel of communication into the perfect space to infringe people's fundamental rights. This, at the same time, has fostered a new way to commit gender violence among the youngest sector of society. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze, on the one hand, gender violence reality among young people through the use of ICTs and, to be aware of their spread and their role among the minors. On the other hand, this study will also reflect on scale of gender violence among youth through the use of ICTs.
