El Absentismo escolar, causas y consecuencias en les Illes Balears

[spa] El absentismo escolar es un factor que está afectando a la población actual y requiere de una gran importancia puesto que actualmente estamos inmersos en la sociedad del conocimiento y cada vez más necesitamos de estudios y de formación continuada para permanecer en él sin acabar desvinculados, es por eso que el absentismo es un problema en nuestra sociedad ya que lo único que se conseguirá es tener jóvenes sin la preparación adecuada para desenvolverse tanto en la sociedad como en el mercado laboral, el concepto de absentismo escolar es muy heterogéneo ya que vincula muchos hechos que hacen que los niños o adolescentes se vayan desenredando del sistema educativo, así también el perfil del alumnado es muy heterogéneo y no significa que un perfil concreto de niños o adolescentes sean absentistas ni que todos los factores de riesgo desemboquen en el, es por eso que la mejor medida es la prevención y con ello la incorporación de un Educador Social en los centros educativos para hacer de nexo conector.
