Una percepción sobre la prostitución infantil. Análisis y crítica sobre los programas y actuaciones a nivel mundial

[spa] El presente trabajo se ha realizado con el objetivo de investigar acerca de la prostitución infantil, como fenómeno que actualmente está afectando a millones de niños y niñas por todo el mundo. Se entiende por prostitución infantil toda forma de explotación sexual comercial, que está dirigida a personas menores de 18 años de edad, con los cuales mantienen relaciones sexuales a cambio de un pago económico hacia una tercera persona o hacia el/la menor (Orjuela & Rodríguez, 2012). En este proyecto de investigación se pretende poner énfasis al estudio de la prostitución infantil en nuestra sociedad, sus causas y consecuencias, el tratamiento de actuación por parte de los Gobiernos, la legislación existente y un análisis de los protocolos y actuaciones existentes a nivel mundial. Se finalizará el estudio con un diagnóstico de los puntos débiles y fuertes de las acciones y protocolos que se han analizado. De esta manera, se propondrán actuaciones alternativas para erradicar la prostitución infantil, mediante el trabajo comunitario. En primer lugar, se realizará una revisión bibliográfica de estudios, investigaciones, actuaciones que se dirigen a tratar el tema de la prostitución infantil, diferenciando en subtemas: recomendaciones, legalización, estudios e investigaciones, asociaciones que trabajan con la prostitución infantil, etc. Por tanto, el análisis se dividirá en dos bloques, el bloque A dirigido a la introducción hacia el concepto de prostitución infantil, marco normativo y revisión de investigaciones en España y otros países. El bloque B se dedicará a un análisis y revisión de los programas de actuación que trabajen la prostitución infantil (qué se hace, qué se debe hacer…). Finalmente, a partir del análisis exhaustivo de toda la información, se realizará una crítica y diferentes propuestas para erradicar la prostitución infantil en nuestras sociedades, dando énfasis al trabajo de la comunidad como protagonistas de la intervención.

[eng] This work is done with the aimof investigating child prostitution as a phenomenon that is currently affecting millions of children around the world. Child prostitution is understood as any form of commercial sexual exploitation, which is directed to people under 18 years old, with whom they have sex in exchange for an economic payment to a third person or to the child (Orjuela & Rodríguez, 2012). This research project intends to emphasize the study of child prostitution in our society, its causes and consequences, the treatment of action by governments, the legislation and an analysis of protocols and actions worldwide between countries. The study will be completed with a diagnosis about weak and strong points of the actions and protocols that have been analyzed. In this way, alternative actions will be proposed to eradicate child prostitution, through community work. First, a bibliographic review will be carried out of studies, investigations and actions that address the issue of child prostitution, and with sub-themes: recommendations, legalization, studies and investigations, associations working with child prostitution, etc. Therefore, the analysis will be divided into two blocks, block A aimed at introducing the concept of child prostitution, regulatory framework and reviews of researches in Spain and other countries. And, block B will be devoted to an analysis and review of programs that work on child prostitution (what is done, what should be done ...). Finally, based on the exhaustive analysis of all information, I will carry out a critique and different proposals to eradicate child prostitution in our society, with emphasis on the work of the community as protagonists of the intervention.
