Estructura del mercat de gas natural a Europa

Abstract

[cat]En els darrers anys, Europa ha intentat fer front a un problema de dependència energètica, concretament en el mercat del gas natural. Des del 2006, Rússia ha actuat amb oportunisme sobre el seu principal client, els països de la Unió Europea, que han sofert les conseqüències de no tenir gaires alternatives en qüestió d’energia. En aquest treball, es veurà com s’estructura el mercat del gas natural, s’analitzarà aquest problema amb el gas rus i les solucions que s’han dut a terme per part de la UE, les quals poc a poc estan donant resultats. Finalment, mitjançant un model senzill, s’intentarà representar una negociació entre dos agents, i es veurà com pot canviar el poder a l’hora de fixar el preu, en aquest cas del gas natural, en funció de tenir una alternativa o una altra.

[eng]In last years, Europe has tried to face an energy dependence problem, in particular, in the natural gas market. Since 2006, Russia has acted opportunistically on his main customer, all European Union countries, which have suffered the consequences of not having any choices in energy issues. In this paper, it will see how the natural gas market is structured, will analyze this problem about Russian gas and the solutions that have been carried out by European Union, which are slowly yielding results. Finally, with a simple model, it will try to represent a business between two agents, and will see how the power can change when they set a price, in this case natural gas price, in function of having an alternative or another.
