La protecció de la infància al Boletín de la Institución Libre de Enseñanza

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball consisteix en aproximar-se al Boletín de la Institución Libre de Enseñanza (BILE) amb l’objectiu d’analitzar els diferents articles publicats on la temàtica és la protecció de la infància i els seus drets. El treball es centra en el període que va des de la creació del BILE (1887) fins l’any 1900. Aquest període pateix una sèrie de canvis, en els quals els diferents conceptes lligats a la temàtica de la protecció de la infància i els seus drets evolucionaran fins arribar al concepte i al valor que es té avui en dia.

[eng] This work consists in approximating to the Boletín of it Institución Libre of Enseñanza (BILE) with the aim to analyse the different articles published where the thematic is the protection of the infancy and his rights. The work centres in the period that goes since the creation of the BILE until the year 1900. This period suffers a series of changes, in which the different concepts tied to the thematic of the protection of the infancy and his rights will evolve until arriving to the concept and to the value that has today in day, of the infancy and his rights.
