¿El cuento es un agente globalizador en el mundo de la literatura Infantil?

Por si solos llegan a evocar los sentimientos más profundo de los niños y de los adultos Debido a los estudios que se han realizado sobre el valor que tienen los cuentos en la etapa infantil sabemos que es un instrumento claro para el desarrollo personal del niño en todos sus ámbitos y que ayuda a configurar su personalidad. Los cuentos narrados ayudan a crear en el niño unos esquemas mentales que permitirá elaborar y componer las imágenes de la realidad que posteriormente vivirá de adulto. A lo largo del tiempo las narraciones orales han trascendido de generación en generación debido a su empleo de metáforas y de expresiones coloquiales, con un lenguaje lleno de símbolos que se han convertido en un incalculable valor pedagógico. El objetivo es demostrar a través de una propuesta didáctica la importancia que tienen los cuentos en la etapa infantil, a partir de la narración del cuento se trabajarán las tres áreas del currículum.

[eng] Storytelling is undoubtedly an ideal tool to stimulate emotions, imagination and fantasy. They have the power to evoke the deepest feelings within children and adults. Thanks to studies that have been carried out on the value of storytelling in children of young ages, we have learned that it is a clear instrument for a child’s personal development in all its areas and that it plays an important part in shaping a child’s personality. Narrated stories help a child create mental structure of concepts that will allow them to devise and create images of the reality they will later live as adults. Throughout time, oral narratives have transcended from generation to generation thanks to the use of metaphors and colloquial expressions, with a language full of symbolism that has been proven to carry incalculable pedagogical value. The goal is to prove through a didactic approach the relevance of stories in the childhood stage, all three areas of the curriculum will be stimulated through the narration of stories.
