Política municipal de Barcelona en matèria de creació d’espais no hostils a l’infant

Abstract

[cat] El tema central d’aquest Treball de Fi de Grau és la política actual que té Barcelona per poder crear parcs infantils o espais de joc per als infants. L’objectiu principal de la recerca és conèixer si aquests parcs infantils són adequats o no pels infants i si poden cobrir totes les seves necessitats per a un bon desenvolupament de l’infant a través del joc que es crea en aquests espais. Per a poder-ho conèixer, s’ha utilitzat una recerca bibliogràfica sobre la importància del joc, de l’activitat dels infants i de les ciutats, s'ha consultat documentació de l'Ajuntament de Barcelona sobre el tema i, finalment, s’ha dut a terme una observació de diferents parcs de Barcelona amb la qual s’ha comprovat el manteniment, la seguretat i la utilització dels elements de joc. Finalment, es presenten unes conclusions extretes a partir de les dades aconseguides sobre la importància del joc, d’un manteniment no exhaustiu, d’un augment de seguretat i de la importància que té la ciutat en el joc de l’infant.

[eng] The main theme of this Final Degree Project is the current policy that Barcelona has for creating children’s playgrounds or game areas for children. The principal aim of the research is to know whether these playgrounds are suitable or not for children, and if these playgrounds can meet all their needs for an efficient development of the child by means of the game created in these areas. To be able to know it, it has been used a bibliographical research on the game importance, the children’s activity and the cities, documents about the subject from the Barcelona City Hall have also been checked and, finally, it has been carried out an observation of different playgrounds of Barcelona whereby it has been checked the maintenance, the security and the use of game’s elements.Eventually, conclusions are drawn from the data obtained on the importance of the game, of a non-exhaustive maintenance, of an increase in security and of the importance that the city has in the game of the child.
