La educación emocional a través del juego

[spa] Las emociones están presentes en nuestras vidas desde el momento en que nacemos y tienen un papel muy importante en la construcción de nuestra personalidad e interacción social. Todas las diferentes situaciones que vivimos nos generan todo tipo de emociones que nos ayudan a entender cómo nos sentimos en cada momento. Las emociones nos hacen conectar con nuestros sentimientos. Por lo tanto, para poder comprender nuestras emociones necesitamos educarlas para poder aprender a regularlas y utilizarlas de manera adecuada. En la primera parte de este trabajo de fin de grado, hablaremos de cómo educar las emociones, mediante; el juego, la inteligencia emocional y su relación con el currículum de Educación Infantil, para facilitar el desarrollo integral de nuestros alumnos. En la segunda parte del trabajo realizaremos una propuesta práctica presentando 5 sesiones destinadas a este fin, donde interactuaremos con alumnos de Educación Infantil de 4-5 años. Presentaremos objetivos, metodología, evaluación del proyecto y una serie de conclusiones de cómo educar las emociones mediante el juego.

[eng] Emotions are present in our lives from the moment we are born and have a very important role in the construction of our personality and social interaction. All the different situations that we live, generates all kinds of emotions that help us understand how we feel in each moment. Emotions make us connect with our feelings. Therefore, in order to understand our emotions, we need to educate them in order to learn to regulate them and to use them appropriately. In the first part of this end-of-grade project, we will talk about how to educate emotions through play, emotional intelligence and its relation to the curriculum of early childhood education, to facilitate the integral development of our students In the second part of the work we will make a practical proposal presenting 5 sessions aimed at this end with children in education for 4-5 years. We will present objectives, methodology, evaluation of the project and a series of final conclusions on how to educate emotions through play.
