Art al carrer: una acció transformadora

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball parteix de la hipòtesi de traslladar l’art fora de les quatre parets de l’aula; un espai obert, comunitari, passant de l’edifici escolar al territori. D’aquesta manera, el present document vol mostrar l’experiència de treballar el llenguatge artístic amb infants de 4 anys de l’escola CEIP Pintor Joan Miró fora del context escolar: el barri. Aquest fet és perquè es tracta d’una escola situada en un dels barris menys afavorits de la ciutat de Palma, essent els seus destinataris infants majoritàriament en risc d’exclusió social. En aquest sentit, es vol prendre el barri com a context educatiu i del qual les escoles poden vincular les seves pràctiques educatives. Així doncs, l’objectiu principal d’aquest treball és conèixer un lloc del barri de l’escola a partir de l’art. Partint d’aquest objectiu, es fa evident que es tracta d’un art públic, obert al carrer, és a dir, estam parlant d’un art comunitari. Aquest parteix de la creativitat com a eina metodològica i educativa per a la construcció, l’enfortiment i l’apoderament, tant de les persones participants com de les relacions que s’estableixen entre elles. Més detalladament, són propostes creatives que potencien les relacions entre els participants i els comportaments interactius en la comunitat on viuen. Per aquest motiu, l’art comunitari es presenta com a la millor opció per poder crear una consciència col·lectiva i una actitud de transformació social.

[eng] This research work aims to move art outside of the four classroom walls; an open and community place, replacing the school building with territory. In that way, the present document wants to show the experience of working the artistic language with 4 years old children of CEIP Pintor Joan Miró outside school context: the neighbourhood. This is because the school is located in one of the most marginal area of Palma’s city, which means that their audience are mainly children on risk of social exclusion. Accordingly, this document wants to take the neighbourhood as an educative context and, in this way, schools can be linked with their educative methods. Hence, the main aim of this work is to discover one place of the school neighbourhood through art. We are talking about public art, open to the street, that is to say, community art. This kind of art takes creativity as a methodologic and educative tool in order to achieve the construction and the empowerment of all participating members and relationships between them. More specifically, they are creative proposals that encourage the relations between participants and the interactive behaviours in the community where they live. For this reason, community art is the best option to create a collective conscience and an attitude involving social transformation.
