Llavors,
[eng] The subject of study of this end-of-degree work aims to show the importance of carrying
out physical activity out of school in academic performance, as well as, in which of the
two sexes is more important. In terms of the relationship between physical activity and
academic performance, there are many studies that study these two variables. Most of the
results show that students who perform extracurricular physical activity obtain better
grades in their academic studies. To reaffirm it, a questionnaire was prepared to a sample
of 52 students of which 35 are nins and 18 are dolls of between 8 and 10 years old. It was
carried out by means of a questionnaire that asked them for information about their
physical activity, and in the case of doing so they were asked how many days and hours.
Then, all the questionnaires were analyzed, dividing the students into four groups: those
who perform physical activity from 0 to 1 hours a week (27.66% of the sample), from 2
to 3 (48.76% of the sample). ), from 4 to 5 (17,02% of the sample) and more than 5 hours (6,38% of the sample). Finally, a statistic of hours of physical activity outside of school
was made in relation to the grades obtained, which I observed using the Gestib tool. It is
affirmed that the more hours of physical activity after school sports are performed higher
are the grades.
