of anxiety with STAIC-R scale, and the other to evaluate the sensibility to the anxiety with the CASE scale.
The results have been compared with other empiric works, which previously had found evidence about the
reliability of the process. At the end, a series of didactical resources are exposed, in order to any member of
the education community could implement yoga techniques. Therefore, we found enough reasons to fight
against this psychological disorder, really present in our classrooms.
