El desenvolupament del llenguatge al Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista (TEA): cas pràctic d’un infant amb autisme a les aules d’Educació Infantil

[cat] El Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista és un trastorn del neurodesenvolupament amb una forta base genètica que s’inicia abans dels tres anys i es caracteritza per deficiències persistents en la comunicació i interacció social, i un repertori restrictiu i repetitiu d’activitats, comportaments, i interessos que es manifesten durant tota la vida. Considerant aquestes dificultats, és imprescindible que l’atenció educativa dels infants diagnosticats d’autisme vagi encaminada a afavorir el seu desenvolupament integral depenent de les característiques de cada nen. Per aquest motiu, l’objectiu del present treball és estudiar un cas pràctic d’infant amb autisme a les aules d’Educació Infantil per determinar quines són les àrees del llenguatge més dificultoses pel nen. Per tant, s’ha realitzat una valoració del cas amb proves screening del llenguatge i qüestionaris sobre el TEA, i per consegüent s’han plantejat una sèrie d’activitats i estratègies encaminades a treballar les àrees afectades. Els resultats de les activitats d’expressió, d’estructuració d’oracions i de pragmàtica han permès percebre que l’ajuda de pictogrames i de pautes mitjançant preguntes claus és necessària perquè les activitats siguin més efectives. Finalment, s’han detectat algunes limitacions de l’estudi com són el temps, la quantitat de proves i activitats, i la intervenció de manera inclusiva.

[eng] Autism Spectrum Disorder is a neurodevelopmental with a strong genetic basis that begins before three years and is characterized by persistent deficiencies in communication and social interaction, and a restrictive and repetitive repertoire of activities, behaviors, and interests that are manifested throughout lives. Considering these difficulties, it is imperative that the educational assistance of children diagnosed with autism be directed towards favoring their integral development depending on the characteristics of each child. For this reason, the objective of this paper is to study a practical case of a child with autism in the Early Chilhood Education classrooms to determine which areas of language are most difficult for the child. Therefore, an evaluation of the case has been done with language screening tests and ASD questionnaires, and consequently, a series of activities and strategies aimed at working on the affected areas have been contemplated. The results of the activities of expression, structuring sentences, and pragmatics have allowed to perceive that the help of pictograms and guidelines by means of key questions is necessary so that the activities are more effective. Finally, some limitations of the study have been detected, such as the time, the amount of tests and activities, and the intervention in an inclusive way.
