La comunicació de la innovació educativa a les famílies: el cas del CEIP Rodamilans

[cat] Aquest treball és una petita investigació sobre la comunicació que es dona entre les famílies i l’escola davant la innovació educativa. L’objectiu general era esbrinar si entre les famílies dels infants de 6è d’Educació Infantil del CEIP Rodamilans (Sineu) i el centre és dona una comunicació fluida i quins són els canals utilitzats, com també si per part de l’escola es manté a les famílies informades sobre la innovació educativa. S’ha treballat des del marc teòric d’analitzar la comunicació que hi ha entre escola-família, el paper de les famílies amb la innovació, com també el paper que tenen els docents, finalment s’ha fet una recerca de la innovació educativa. Una vegada documentada tota aquesta informació, per esbrinar els objectius s’han fet servir tècniques pròpies de la metodologia qualitativa i quantitativa per extreure uns resultats de les famílies i docents d’aquest centre.

[eng] This essay is a research about the communication that takes place between the families and the school about educational innovation. The general objective is to find out if there is a fluent exchange of information between the families of the children of 6th year Infant Education of CEIP Rodamilans (Sineu) and the school, as well as which are the channels employed, and if the families get the necessary information about educational innovation from the school. The work has been treated from the theoretical framework analyzing the exchange of information established between families and the school, the role of the families on innovation and the role that the teachers have. Finally, a research about Educational Innovation has been elaborated. Once this information has been documented, in order to find out the aims, qualitative and quantitative methodology techniques to get some results from the families and teachers in this school have been used.
