[eng] Reading has always been a very important process in the education and training of all
children. But what about those who have difficulties in reading, such as dyslexics? Several
specialists are promoting this process by studying different types of texts and the benefits
they can have. These benefits can be for dyslexic readers as well as for any reader. Some of
the most relevant typologies to highlight are the Sans Serif or the Serifs, both of which have
their own variations. It is also important to know that not all of these typologies favour all
readers in the same way. As a result, another doubt arise: Do all teachers know how to
make reading easier for their students? Many teachers, therefore, believe that they know
these typologies. However, many are uninformed, as their beliefs do not match the
theoretical background.
