Ayúdame a mirar: El rol del y de la docente sensible e inclusivo/a en la cotidianidad del aula de educación infantil

[spa] La educación inclusiva, busca que todos y todas independientemente de sus necesidades puedan gozar de una educación de calidad y el colectivo docente es uno de los máximos responsables de que esto ocurra. El presente trabajo final de grado trata de recoger lo que se consideran las claves o aspectos necesarios con los que debería contar el o la docente desde una mirada inclusiva y sensible. Bajo este enfoque, nos hemos inspirado en diferentes miradas donde se preserva la naturaleza de la infancia y se fomenta el desarrollo a través del afecto y del acompañamiento respetuoso. La revisión bibliográfica se apoya en varios ejes, los cuales se han perfilado desde un enfoque general a otro particular. Se han recogido las demandas y necesidades de la escuela actual, se ha realizado un breve recorrido desde las raíces de la inclusión en el ámbito educativo, al tiempo que se ha retratado el perfil de docente que perseguimos. Tal base ha sido necesaria para la elaboración de una propuesta pedagógico-reflexiva focalizada en el rol docente.

[eng] Inclusive education aims at offering quality education to everyone regardless of their needs and the teaching staff plays a major role it. This end-of-degree project tries to capture the key and main aspects that the teacher should possess from an inclusive and sensitive standpoint. Under this approach, we have drawn on several approaches where the nature of childhood is preserved and, the development through warmth and respectful monitoring is promoted. The literature review is supported by different pillars which are outlined from an overall approach to a specific one. The requirements and needs of nowadays schools have been collected and we have delineated a brief tour from the origins of inclusion in the educational field, at the same time that the aimed teaching profile has been portrayed. Such basis has been essential towards drafting a reflexive pedagogical proposal for the teaching role targeted.
