Interculturalitat en l’expressió plàstica de l’escola d’Educació Infantil. Estudi de cas

Abstract

[cat] Al present Treball de Fi de Grau s’estudia un entorn escolar intercultural de l’etapa d’Infantil, tal com aquest és percebut per un conjunt d’infants de diferents edats, i plasmat en una sèrie de dibuixos infantils. L’anàlisi d’aquest tipus de dibuixos, en tant que expressions plàstiques a través de les quals els infants representen i interpreten les seves vivències personals i els seus entorns immediats –tant els familiars com els escolars–, ha estat teoritzada i posada en pràctica per diversos autors. En el cas de la present investigació, s’ha adoptat una estratègia metodològica directament orientada a l’obtenció d’un conjunt representatiu de dibuixos en els quals es pogués identificar si els infants capten determinats elements interculturals del seu entorn escolar. L’anàlisi detallada dels dibuixos obtinguts ha permès confirmar que els infants són conscients de certs trets diferencials culturals presents a l’escola, com per exemple els que es manifesten en els trets físics corporals dels seus companys, així com en els complements ornamentals que acompanyen la seva vestimenta. Si bé el treball s’ha centrat en un cas dissenyat per a l’ocasió, els resultats indiquen que aquest estudi es podria fer extensiu a un grup més ample d’escoles i d’infants, cosa que permetria extreure conclusions més rellevants i significatives.

[eng] In this End-of-Degree Project an intercultural environment of pre-school years is studied, as perceived by a group of children of different ages and represented in a series of children’s drawings. The analysis of this kind of drawings -regarding the plastic expressions through which the children represent and portray their own personal experiences and their immediate surroundings, both the family and school environments-has been theorized and implemented by different authors. As far as the present investigation is concerned, a methodological strategy directly oriented to obtaining a representative group of drawings where you can identify if the children capture certain intercultural elements in their school environment has been adopted. The detailed analysis of the obtained drawing has allowed to confirm that children are aware of certain distinguishable cultural features present at school, for example those shown in the physical features of their classmates, and also in the ornaments that go with their outfits. While the project has been focussed on a case designed for the occasion, the results show that this study could be extended to larger groups of schools and children , which would allow to draw more relevant and significant conclusions.
