Coneixements i actituds sobre primers auxilis dels mestres del centre CEIP Rodamilans: proposta d’intervenció

[cat] Hi ha diversos estudis realitzats que demostren que l’ensenyament d’una adequada pràctica de primers auxilis a la comunitat, contribueix a millorar els coneixements i actuacions davant diversos accidents. Aquests, són una de les causes principals de mortalitat infantil a tot el món. Tenint en compte que els infants passen moltes hores a l’escola, i per tant, la majoria d’accidents que aquests sofreixen passen als centres escolars, surt la motivació per determinar el grau de coneixement i actituds dels mestres d’educació infantil sobre primers auxilis i a més poder elaborar una proposta d’intervenció per aquests. En primer lloc es portarà a terme una recerca bibliogràfica sobre el material existent i la situació actual dels primers auxilis a les escoles. Després és passarà un qüestionari als docents del CEIP Rodamilans , s’analitzaran els resultats obtinguts i finalment es proposaran unes sessions com a proposta de millora. Amb els resultats obtinguts del qüestionari és pot veure que els coneixements sobre primers auxilis són deficitaris, tot i que l’interès en la matèria és alt. A més a més, comparant amb altres estudis realitzats s’arriba a la conclusió que és necessari realitzar formació sobre el tema ja que aquest col·lectiu és indispensable enfront una intervenció eficaç davant un accident escolar.

[eng] There are several studies that show that the correct teaching of first aid in the community contributes to improving knowledge and actions in the event of any number of accidents. These are precisely one of the leading causes of infant mortality worldwide. Given that children spend many hours in school, and therefore most of the accidents they suffer happen there, there was a need to determine the degree of knowledge and attitudes of preschool teachers regarding first aid, as well as drawing up a proposal for improving that knowledge. To begin with, a bibliographic search will be carried out on existing material and the current situation of first aid in schools. This will be followed by a questionnaire which will be passed to the teachers of CEIP Rodamilans and the results obtained will be analyzed and finally some proposals for improvements will be offered to the school. With the results obtained from the questionnaire, we can determine that the knowledge on first aid is deficient, despite the interest in the subject being high. In addition, compared to other studies, we have concluded that it is necessary to carry out further training in this subject as the actions of teachers are indispensable for an effective intervention in the event of a school accident.
