El projecte Filosofia 3/18: com contribueix al desenvolupament del rol docent

[spa] El programa de Filosofia 3/18 implica un rol docent coherent amb la imatge d'infant actiu i curiós. La finalitat d'aquest treball és aprofundir en el rol docent en Filosofia 3/18, conèixer la formació necessària, les estratègies d'intervenció, les habilitats, si el programa té efectes de caràcter personal i professional i fer una proposta del procés d'intervenció del docent en Filosofia 3/18. El rol ha de ser el de facilitador, de guia i que fomenta el diàleg, a partir del qual es posen en pràctica les habilitats de pensament i el docent crea les condicions necessàries per a convertir l'aula en una comunitat de recerca. Per tot això, és important adquirir una formació, posar en pràctica una sèrie d'estratègies educatives i unes determinades actituds i habilitats socials. La Filosofia 3/18 té una transferència més enllà de la sessió, i d'aquesta manera també el rol docent, ja que té efectes a escala professional i personal.
