La transformació i el canvi educatiu

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball de Fi de Grau és un estudi sobre com replantejar l’educació i l’aprenentatge en aquest context que vivim avui en dia. Malgrat els diferents canvis que es poden trobar en les normatives educatives dels darrers anys, la realitat a molts centres educatius segueix sent, a la pràctica, majoritàriament transmissora, mecànica i superficial. Per això, aquest treball tracta d’aprofundir sobre el canvi educatiu i la innovació i per altra banda d’analitzar diferents escoles que han innovat i han fet millores, on es persegueix corroborar una o més hipòtesis a través de l’obtenció de determinats resultats aconseguits. Aquest procediment es durà a terme mitjançant la metodologia qualitativa a través d’entrevistes als diferents representats dels centres, per així obtenir una recollida de dades. Davant aquest fet fer un aprofundiment sobre el canvi educatiu i una altra part més reflexiva, on s’analitza i s’extreuen les pròpies conclusions.

[eng] The following thesis is a study about how to reorganize the educational and learning systems of the world we live in today. Despite the various recent changes in the educational norms, the reality is that the education in many schools is still largely transmissive, mechanical and superficial. This project aims to look deeper into educational change and innovation and also analyse different schools that have innovated and have made improvements and which seek to corroborate one or more hypotheses through the achievement of certain results. In order to collect the necessary data, a qualitative methodology will be carried out by means of interviews with different representatives of the education centers. Analyses of the data will be performed consisting of an in-depth analysis into the educational change section and more reflective section, where own conclusions are analysed and drawn.
