El cuento: un recurso para la inclusión

Abstract

[spa] Con este trabajo de revisión y búsqueda teórica, se ofrecen unas orientaciones hacia la práctica docente usando el cuento como recurso clave para la inclusión. Por este motivo, se pretende que mediante la escucha activa y a través de unas actividades y reflexiones se promueva en el interior de las aulas la atención a la diversidad como un punto clave positivo para la introducción del niño en una sociedad más inclusiva. Todo esto se lleva a cabo mediante un recurso muy potente en el que no solo nos da pie a trabajar el objetivo principal sino que a su vez trabajamos otros aspectos í como la lectura. Debido a la gran diversidad y multiculturalidad en la que nos encontramos inmersos, se debe de trabajar el derecho a ser diferentes con el derecho de la igualdad. De esta manera, con la selección de cuentos elegidos se trabajará la diversidad promoviendo valores tales como: el respeto, la aceptación y el derecho a la igualdad. Con todo esto se pretende centrar el cuento como elemento de inclusión, para finalmente la realización de una unidad didáctica que promueva la inclusión entre el alumnado

[eng] The importance of reading in early childhood education is exposed in this essay. It is considered as the main method for the child’s inclusion in the classroom, taking diversity as well as positively into account, without forgiving its influence in the child's adaptation in society. Through stories, and due to the great multiculturalism that currently exists in our country, and therefore in schools, together with the right to equality, the right to diversity will be worked, promoting the equitable consideration and acceptance of all students by all classmates. Developing an education in values through the chosen story, work will be done to reinforce in the child values such as: tolerance, respect, the right to equality, and acceptance. Furthermore, it focuses on the use of the story as a useful, motivating and facilitating element for the child's learning. A series of programmed activities was carried out for the inclusion of the student in the classroom, making the pupil participate and helping the rest of peers to know the differences that exist among them, never being an excuse for exclusion.
