Educació socioemocional en l’etapa d’infantil

[cat] El present treball cerca conscienciar el lector de la necessitat d’educar emocionalment els infants dins l’etapa d’educació infantil per afavorir un desenvolupament i creixement personal òptims, prevenint possibles problemes físics, cognitius, emocionals, etc. La primera part del treball és una revisió teòrica de la importància de les emocions, fent un recorregut pel concepte d’emoció, la classificació de les emocions, les seves funcions, l’educació emocional i la incidència d’aquesta en la salut. La segona part, o part metodològica, es centra principalment a oferir alguns recursos als docents per facilitar l’acompanyament emocional del grup-classe dins l’aula. Els recursos són activitats que permeten treballar el desenvolupament de les competències emocionals bàsiques: la consciència emocional i la regulació emocional. Es treballaran mitjançant el diàleg, la representació i la transferència de coneixements. Aquest treball ens permet fer una proposta per integrar les competències emocionals dins el currículum d’educació infantil.

[eng] This work seeks to make the reader aware of the need to emotionally educate the infant in early childhood to promote optimal personal development and growth, preventing physical, cognitive, emotional problems, among others. The first part of the work is a theoretical review of the importance of emotions, making a journey through the concept of emotion, the classification of emotions, their functions, emotional education, and their impact on health. The second part, or methodological part, focuses mainly on offering some resources to teachers to facilitate the emotional accompaniment of the class group within the classroom. Resources are activities that allow working on the development of basic emotional competencies: emotional awareness and emotional regulation. The activities will be worked through dialogue, representation, and knowledge transfer. This work allows us to make a proposal to integrate emotional competencies within the early childhood education curriculum.
