Disseny del pla d’adaptació de l’Escola d’Educació Infantil Sa Miloca

[cat] El present treball té com a objectiu reflectir la importància que té realitzar un període d’adaptació en l’entrada dels infants i la seva família a l’escola infantil. Aporta una fonamentació teòrica i una proposta de intervenció a través del disseny d’un pla d’adaptació per l’EI Sa Miloca, que té en compte les necessitats dels infants i les seves famílies, analitza les persones implicades i el seu paper en l’adaptació i mostra com l’escola s’organitza i es planifica durant aquest procés.

[eng] The aim of this paper is to reflect on the importance of carrying out an adaptation period at the entrance of children and their families to the nursery school. It provides a theoretical foundation and an intervention proposal through the design of an adaptation plan for the EI Sa Miloca, which takes into account the needs of the children and their families, analyses the people involved and their role in the adaptation and shows how the school is organized and planned during this process
