Anàlisi de la realitat dels mestres amb alumnes en educació combinada: organització, coordinació i experiències

[cat] Al llarg d’aquest document es pot trobar un treball d’anàlisi i empíric sobre la coordinació, organització i les experiències dels mestres que tenen alumnes en escolarització combinada a les seves aules, tant dels centres ordinaris com especialitzats. Aquest treball intenta donar resposta a com s’organitza i com es coordina el mestre d’educació per atendre a les necessitats de tots els infants de la seva aula i veure la seva experiència real en aquesta situació. En primer lloc, hi ha una petita introducció on es justifica el tema seleccionat i un marc teòric per poder situar en context el tema a tractar a les entrevistes posteriors. Al segon apartat del treball, es pot trobar la metodologia utilitzada en aquesta anàlisi, aquesta és la metodologia d'entrevistes qualitatives. Aquesta ens permetrà analitzar la situació d’alguns d’aquests mestres en profunditat. Una vegada obtinguda tota la informació de les diferents entrevistes realitzades, es farà una anàlisi de les dades totalment objectiva únicament exposant els resultats obtinguts. Al darrer apartat del treball, apareixen les conclusions sobre el tema a tractar. Aquestes són organitzades en tres subapartats: la discussió dels resultats obtinguts, les conclusions concretes, relacionades amb la consecució dels objectius i un darrer apartat amb les limitacions trobades a l’hora de fer el treball i els seus escenaris de futur.

[eng] Throughout this document we find an analysis and empirical work on the coordination and organization of teachers who have pupils in combined schooling in their classrooms, both in ordinary and specialized centers. This work aims to provide an answer to how the education teacher is organized and how he/she coordinates to meet the needs of the children in his/her classroom. In the first section we find a short introduction in which the selected topic is justified and a theoretical framework in order to place the topic to be dealt with in the subsequent interviews in context. In the second section of the paper we find the methodology used in this analysis, the qualitative interview methodology, which will allow us to analyze the situation of some of these issues in depth. Once all the information has been obtained from the different interviews carried out, an analysis of the interviews will be made in a totally objective manner, only setting out the results obtained. In the last section of the work we find the conclusions on the subject to be dealt with, organized into three subsections: the discussion of the results obtained, the specific conclusions related to the achievement of the objectives and a section with the limitations encountered when carrying out the work and the future stage.
